Sarah Fay       

Through years of work as a commercial lender, I discovered a true passion for supporting small businesses. Along the way, I developed a unique set of skills to help business owners manage their finances with clarity—so decisions are based on solid information, not stress or guesswork. 

In 2019, I committed myself to earning a Certified Public Bookkeeper License through the NACPB. It was an intensive and challenging process, but an important one. I wanted our clients to feel confident knowing that our work is backed by both experience and a strong foundation of professional knowledge.

I understand the realities of small business ownership because I live them every day. Our family owns a small piece of property in Monroe, Oregon, where we’re raising two children and an acre of hazelnuts. We also own and manage an automotive repair facility in Junction City. I know the long days, the constant pull on your time, and the feeling that there simply aren’t enough hours to get everything done.

I bring years of hands-on experience as a bookkeeping specialist, with a background rooted in managing the daily financial operations of a drilling company. In that role I supported the core functions that keep a business moving—accounts receivable, accounts payable, certified payroll reporting, and human resources.

Working in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy environment taught me the value of accuracy, consistency, and staying organized even when the days are full. I understand how important it is for business owners to have financial information they can trust—information that supports decisions instead of creating more stress.

My approach to bookkeeping is practical and supportive. I’m not here to overcomplicate things or overwhelm you with reports. Instead, my goal is to help keep your financial records clear, compliant, and useful, so you can focus on running your business with confidence.

I know firsthand how demanding it can be to manage a business while keeping up with the details behind the scenes. I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. My role is to stand beside you, help shoulder the workload, and bring clarity to your financial operations.
